Shop Space

Main Shop

This is where the van comes together. With 12 vans in build at a time, plus service work moving through the shop, builders work directly on the vehicle and see the full product take shape.

Hands-on generalists encouraged.

You don't need direct van-building experience. Bring one strong hands-on skill, a love of solving problems, and the patience to learn the rest.

The work might look like this:

Cabinetry & Finish

Build plywood cabinets, finish hardwood parts, and install drawers, panels, and trim.

Vehicle Upfitting

Cut openings for windows, flares, vents, and utilities, then fit racks, awnings, steps, boxes, and tire carriers.

Off-Grid Electrical & Plumbing

Wire battery systems, lighting, outlets, and controls. Install kitchens, valves, pumps, and gray water tanks.

Fit & Problem Solving

Work through the real-world problems that come up when parts, systems, and vehicles come together.
